Semi-Flex Line
Semi-Flex orthoses are designed to provide both maximum support and optimal comfort. A thin, semi-rigid Superform insert has been added in the area of the longitudinal arch for functional support. Molded with a deep heel cup, these orthoses provide additional control and stability. Highly resilient cellular urethane provides excellent shock absorption and cushioning. These orthoses are covered with ETC, a fabric designed to reduce shear force and friction as well as control moisture inside the shoe. The low profile design of these orthoses allow a proper fit in almost any type of footwear. They are designed for people who need maximum arch support that work on hard surfaces for extended periods of time. See sizing below.Full Length
Suitability—The addition of a graphite arch compliments the motion control design with more support for individuals who participate in higher level sports activities. These insoles are strongly suggested for individuals where weight is a consideration.Additional Considerations—With graphite composite support to counter the additional weight considerations while still maintaining critical rear foot motion control and shock absorption. These orthoses have demonstrated relieve for discomfort at the feet, knees and back in the occupational settings typically with hard work surfaces, with indications for heel spur conditions, chondromalacia, low back pain, Achilles tendonitis, sciatica, patello-femoral syndromes, calcaneal apophysitis, iliotibial band discomfort, heel pain, supinated or pronated concerns, and for those with an intolerance for rigid orthotics.

Therapeutic
Therapeutic orthoses are designed for poeple with diabetes, arthritis, or other conditions that result in sensitive feet. Constructed with a multi-density material combination of PLASTAZOTE® and cellular urethane, these orthoses offer superb resilience, cushioning, and shock absorption. Because of its distinctive self contouring capabilities and hypoallergenic formulation, PLASTAZOTE® is recognized by medical professionals as the material of choice for treating diabetic/arthritic feet. Therapeutic orthoses are designed to fit into both traditional footwear and "additional depth" orthopedic shoes.Suitability— For individuals with concerns for skin breakdown, arthritic changes in their feet, diabetic conditions, reducing shearing forces at the foot surfaces and those who prefer added comfort from the self molding process inherent in the combination of a Plastazotetm and polyurethane insert. Vygel heels provide additional shock attenuation at heel strike.
Additional Considerations—bunions, charcot foot, diffuse callosities, insensate feet, metarasalgia, pre-ulcerated sites, plantar fasciitis, some foot deformities, morton's neuralgia and the need for forefoot accommodation. The addition of an increased metatarsal support in the Anatomical design is designed to facilitate off-loading of the metatarsal head area. This insole was designed to reduce mean peak pressures at the site of neuropathic ulceration.
